Exercises To Do On Your 10ft Trampoline

Now that you have your 10ft trampoline sitting in your backyard, why not put it to good use and start some great healthy exercises on it! While doing basic jumping, lift both of your legs into a V-shape and attempt to touch your toes. Bouncing side to side and front to back will also help to increase metabolism and burn some fat. 10ft trampolines are the perfect size for this exercise.

Bouncing without letting your feet leave the surface of the trampoline, and raising up to your tiptoes, and back down, and repeating will be great for your upper left and thigh muscles. After just a few minutes of this, you will start to feel a burn in the muscles it is working. Knee touches and knee grabs can be another great exercise to add to your workout routine. This consists of jumping, grabbing a hold of your knees and releasing before landing.
